Winter Coat Drive: Although there are still come beautiful fall days ahead of us, we are preparing for colder weather and are asking our community to donate any gently used coats and winter gear to support students and families in need. Items can be received in the Front Office during regular business hours (M-F, 8AM to 3PM).  

Enrollment Applications: Applications for the 2023-2024 school year are now open! Families wishing to apply for their student to attend Kindergarten through 5th grade in the 23-24 school year can fill out the application in our Front Office during regular business hours (M-F, 8AM-3PM) or online at ClayHillPCS.org. Any applications received during this application window will receive an equal opportunity in the lottery, following our preference system. Any applications, including of siblings of current CH students who apply after February 15th will automatically be added to the waitlist – please apply for siblings early! ** Current Clay Hill students do not need to reapply** Please help spread the word! 

Dressing for the Weather: Winter weather is here, and we know it will continue to get even colder. Clay Hill students will continue to go outside to enjoy recess every day that the temperature feels 20 degrees or higher. Please send your students with jackets, hats and gloves so that they are comfortable during recess — we do not have the capacity to have students stay inside.

We also want to encourage our students to dress in layers — our heating system is very warm, and students may need to take/put on layers throughout the day.

Open House for Prospective Families: Saturday, January 21st at 1PM: Families who are interested in sending their students to Clay Hill next school year to attend K-5th grade will have the opportunity to learn more about our program, hear from the Administration team and our team leads and take a tour of the school. Children are welcome to attend with their families. Please spread the word to friends and family!

Join the Budget Committee: The Budget Committee’s purpose is to gather input from parents and staff and make recommendations about the best use of the school’s resources for the coming school year. The committee meets every-other week from late January – early April.
